I won't get into how I got my hands on this, but I found canine anti emetic syrup that contains meto. The label clearly states that it isn't intended for human use, but its ingredient list seems fairly harmless.
I live in a country where prescription drugs aren't very restricted if you find the right pharmacy, getting human meto over the counter isn't impossible but fairly tedious. So I'd rather just use if it's suitable.
