I am actually looking forward to something. Strange. And that is the arrival and purpose of the stuff I ordered for CO. Tent, charcoal, tape, grill starter, so on. I really really hope things go as planned, that it will work and that I won't make any mistakes. Been reading about the method for a while and I think I understand how it should work. I am very worried about waking up in the process and nausea/ throwing up and pains that someone wrote about after an attempt in a car, so if any of you have answers for this, it'd be much appreciated.

If this fails, I'm down to hanging. In fact I may actually bring a rope/something that can function as one along with me where I'll camp the tent. Just wanted to write this here cause I can't really talk to friends or family about this without risks as you guys might imagine. Still haven't chosen a spot, but I will be going somewhere in nature, as far away from people as possible.

I won't be drinking alcohol and won't be taking sedatives either. Been considering natural sleep remedies, but then again the obvious one is postponing sleep. Maybe I'll stay up all night, star gazing till I feel like I'm nodding, then get the coals going and go to sleep as morning arrives. I like mornings. Could be nice to see a sunrise as the last thing.

Wish you all good times. As good as they can be.

Thanks!
Mari

The symbolism of a final sunset is both beautiful and alluring. Wishing you all the best in achieving your peace.

I've stopped giving any specific comments about method, mari. Having made lots of posts especially in the CO thread about my thoughts and experiences and given advice based on this. I want to answer questions and help and also get ideas for myself but suddenly feel that it's effectively encouraging people to ctb and i'm increasingly bothered about this. This is supposed to be a forum where people discuss their feelings. I wish you well. I've given as much advice and reaction to questions as i can and it's enough.

Co poisoning affects people in different ways, when i made an attempt i was never nauseous but when i awoke it just felt like i was extremely drunk. No pains.

When Zanaxx did CO in a tent they were posting from their phone (I think they were drinking though) that suddenly they got rather sleepy and was lying down...then we never heard from them again until we found articles in the UK paper saying they were missing, then that a body had been found.

Yep she said she knew she was dying, could feel her breathing slowing down. Sounded like it was very peaceful.

Don't know, that would scare me though - feeling my breath get slow or shallow. So I hope I will be asleep when it happens. But then again, even if I'm not, I'll try and toughen it out.

Thanks, @Duqu and @Living_Ghost
