Finding a perfect place to jump from is hard

I've been searching and searching. This method is popular in Asia thanks to high rise buildings. But in Europe and where I live it's almost impossible to find a place that is +60 meter high, has concrete underneath, has no obstacles like bush or trees or water.

If you live in West Europe, do you have any recommendations ? Any bridge, hôtel, accessible buildings ?
