Story Finally started reading PPeH

Guys, I finally started reading PPeH. This is a small achievement for me because:

1) I'm not an English speaker myself.
2) The services that used to help me translate English-language PDFs completely stopped working.
3) I'm really bad at concentrating, my thoughts running from idea to idea.

Wish me luck, please. It's very important to me. I'll try to post my results here, how much I've read (control for myself).

Oh, I accidentally confused the acronym CTB with CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). Already corrected

I wish you the best with what you are doing, sadly it seems like the options for pain free methods are limited at least to me in this anti suicide society. Suicide really is so unnecessarily difficult.
