I think it would be better to use SN BEFORE F, since the SN takes 10-15 mins + to make you pass out.
But interested if there is any case studies of anyone combine these two methods. As I might do that.

I will use sn method. With meto, and benzos, but i dont know about pain, so i was thinking about that maybe is good idea to use fentanyl before sn

If one can get pure fent, then a little insulin shot is gonna be more peaceful than almost anything. Couldnt hurt to take SN before too I guessSimilar threads
