Feel So Nervouse this morning

Anyone else feel like me.

Agonizing gripping terror. I'm shaking can barely type

I'm so nervous because of recent IC bust. Today I hadn't been able to access SaSu for three hours... I imagined the worst, the death of SaSu... When I regained access I was so relieved

I certainly do have so much dread associated with existing here, in my case I have awareness that existing is something harmful and filled with endless risks as after all we exist in a world where chance so cruelly determines everything and where there is unlimited potential to suffer.

At any moment there is the chance of existing getting much more unbearable so of course I could never feel calm in this hellish world, there is certainly no relief from suffering as long as one exists here, life in itself undeniably is the true problem and I could never be delusional enough to wish to continue this futile process. The existence of life truly is horrifying to me, and I think that it makes a lot of sense for humans to feel anxious about existing here as a result of being burdened with the ability to be conscious and aware.
