• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Logically I know CTB is the best thing for me.I have researched the method and place to do it but how to overcome my survival instincts. These survival instincts have forced me to unnecessarily suffer for last 10 years.I know I might chicken out at the last moment .What should I do to overcome this fear especially during last moments of my life.

I think it's different for evreyone. I believe its probably different for me than it would be for you. It depends on your circumstances and your reasons for wanting to ctb. I wish you peace.

Trying to practice even if it's just in your head can help lower SI. Obviously with SI there's a lot of anxiety involved and some medications can actually help with that as well. Drinking can help give you that little push you may need.

Just a few things that can help.

Drinking can lead to mistakes and, at the very least, just an unsuccessful attempt, maybe worse, though.

I have never consumed alcohol in my life so I don't think I would go down that route as it is too unpredictable for first time.I was rather thinking about taking some benzos but I am not sure if that would be enough to calm me.

I imagine that those who managed to ctb once they had a method plan that they felt confident in just got so determined to finally be free from everything but suicide really is too difficult and I envy those who managed to free themselves from all the suffering. It certainly is like the survival instinct exists to prolong torture and keep one trapped here.
