What's your favourite movie and why? It can be more than one.
The Machinist is underrated awesome movieThe Lord of the Rings trilogy, The Shining, The Machinist, The Shawshank Redemption, Da Vinci Code.
One of my favourite films, especially the point early in the film where heston laughs sarcastically ' another victory for the human spirit'. One of the great films. My own choice varies today it's another heston film, 'soylent green'.Planet of the apes, the 1968 original of course.
Strange I'm a fan of sci-fi but didn't like soylent greenOne of my favourite films, especially the point early in the film where heston laughs sarcastically ' another victory for the human spirit'. One of the great films. My own choice varies today it's another heston film, 'soylent green'.
The Green mile great movieGhost, The Green Mile, Road House...+++ Hard to choose only one...
Oh yes, no doubt there...The Green mile great movie
Donnie Darko great movieFavorite movies are hard to determine, my seem to change depending on several factors. But I do know I really liked: Donnie Darko, Gundam wing endless waltz (+the anime by extension), john wick, hitmans bodygaurd.
There seems to be a huge gap in the times of those movies. I have watched so many but very few actually come to mind when thinking about movies.
Christian Bale got skinny af for that role and I think he won an award. I loved him in American Psycho. I love all kinds of movies. I could list them forever. Sadly, we're living Idiocracy in the US.The Machinist is underrated awesome movie
Makes me cry so much.Oh yes, no doubt there...
Your right he did and then bulked up again for Batman he's a method actorChristian Bale got skinny af for that role and I think he won an award. I loved him in American Psycho. I love all kinds of movies. I could list them forever. Sadly, we're living Idiocracy in the US.
Yeah, I know the feeling...(even from a male)Makes me cry so much.
It's of its age, for sure. I don't have a lot of time for heston as a person but he has great presence on screen. Plus it had appearances by a couple of all time greats. It's a little dated but that's the 70s for you. The message was a very profound one about the future of humanity for its time. As well, i quite like 70's sci fi, a bit corny by modern standards. The sci fi from the 50s i love.. creature from the black lagoon, this island earth, the thing. A great sense of naivety but a real sense of the discovery and excitement about what film can achieve, not like the bullshit that hollywood mostly produces which are void of any personality. There was a sense of awe and creation with limited budgets in those old films.Strange I'm a fan of sci-fi but didn't like soylent green
Your allowed to cry Society sucksYeah, I know the feeling...(even from a male)
I know, and I do when I'm watching certain movies... I'm so emotional, can't help it... Society sucks for sure...Your allowed to cry Society sucks
<3 <3Blade Runner 2049
I hope his passion and dedication to his craft doesn't drive him mad like so many artists. I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up dead from questionable circumstances at the least...Your right he did and then bulked up again for Batman he's a method actor
Defending Your Life...if you haven't yet seen it, do yourself a favor and check it out before you check out. It's a great take on life and death. I just thought of What Dreams May Come...watch that one if you want to cry your eyes out. It also was quite advanced for its time, combining painted images with cgi or something along those lines. What's your favourite movie and why? It can be more than one.
Men have hearts too. It's all the pressure to not feel or only feel what is considered appropriate that causes many problems for men (and therefore women). We're all fucked.Yeah, I know the feeling...(even from a male)
You got that right.. Sad but true...Men have hearts too. It's all the pressure to not feel or only feel what is considered appropriate that causes many problems for men (and therefore women). We're all fucked.
Loved that film. I thought the second one even better personallyDonnie Darko great movie
