Since I became vegetarian I don't have many options with frozen meals but I still buy frozen French fries or some vegetarian chicken nuggets. Those r great
I usually buy mixed frozen veggies with some spices/oil in it. And use them as stir fry ingredients (added to rice, quinoa, lentils or potatoes) if that counts.
Once in a while I treat myself and buy an impossible burger or some veggie fishfingers (they are surprisingly good).
