I know that feeling, the most sleep I get in 24 hours is usually 4 hours, if I'm lucky, witch that is a rare occurrence for me, after so many days of only 4 hours a sleep a day, sometimes less, I am so exhausted that my sleep kind of catches up with me, minimum 6 hours, most 7, and that's after many days of only 4 hours of sleep every 24 hours. I take over the counter sleep aid that is 50mg, that is the strongest you can get otc. Sometimes it helps, but my body gets used to it to fast, I start to get high tolerance, and it feels like its worthless. And my doctor didnt help much, I asked to be prescribed song strong sedatives, and instead he prescribes me otc hormone enhancer that is less GM's than the sleep aid I'm taking. He tells me after a month of taking this all natural hormone enhancers, that my insomnia should be completely gone. I didn't believe that BS he spouted at me, and I just left. So yea, I'm just stuck being an insomniac till I ctb. But I do hope it gets better for you, maybe you'll be luckier than I was, being that luck is non existent for me though
