Fasting With SN Method

Can someone explain the purpose of fasting with the SN method? Would not fasting cause failure to be more likely using this method?

It wouldn't automatically mean failure, but you'd have a much higher risk of failing.

From my understanding the point of fasting is to help it absorb into the bloodstream easier. Otherwise all the food in your belly might absorb it first.

You'll be more likely to throw up, and with undigested food it'll be more violent and acidic. Even the presence of liquids in your stomach could be problematic, that's why when dissolving SN the milliliters:grams ratio is 2:1, not more. If you're worried about unpleasantness of hunger I suggest getting used to intermittent fasting. You might lose weight in the process, which is also good for efficacy (the lighter you are, the lesser lethal dose is needed).

As far as I understand- the 8 hour food fast and 2 hour (minimum) water fast are equally important.

I know you have to fast before operations- so it makes a similar sense to me- less in your stomach to throw up.

Plus, the water fast means your body will be dehydrated. Therefore- it will want to absorb any water you give it as quickly as possible. Think the idea is to 'fool' it into quickly absorbing the mix before it has time to register that it's a toxin.

Personally, my tummy struggles with being empty. I'm planning to modify the protocol timings so I take it in the morning- using the night time to fast. That way- I also will have gone without water for that period too. I might try to swallow the meds leading up to it dry. Only have the antiemetic and paracetamol. Not sure I'll be able to get hold of anything else.
