Last Friday I attempted full suspension. The rope broke and I survived, these are my options now:

a) partial suspension
this can be hard because I've been trying for weeks but just can't pass out.

b) making the rope stronger.
Is there a way you can make a rope stronger like fold it in half? It rope is quite long so maybe I can do that.

c) a new ligature
very unlikey. Unless I use clothing which I don't see it being any better than what I'm using now.

d) jumping
there is a bridge near my area. Here is some image of it when it's flooded, when it's dry I can land straight on the hard river bed.

will this be high enough to kill me? And is it better to jump off after it has rained or dry?

Well I don't know very much about the bridge, just that you have to make sure it's really tall, because some people survive even after jumping from high places.
Just be careful about the rope breaking while you're hanging, because it can cause some serious irreversible damage once you pass out. I find partial a lot more safe, because if anything goes wrong it's easier to back out.

I'm considering partial as a backup method. Can you not just buy stronger rope?

You can always use anything you have at home as a ligature, as long as you make sure it's strong enough to support your weight.
