Failed attempts suck

I hung myself with a scarf from the bar of my window curtain... Needless to say, I overestimated how strong the bar is. I fell on the floor and the curtains fell beside me, making a powerful woosh noise.I'm surprised it didn't wake up my mom, it was REALLY loud. I spent the next 30 minutes trying to set the bar back into it's place. Embarrasing. There's pretty much no thing in my house that I can safely hang from so I guess I'll cross this one off the list and focus on finding SN.
I also tested shallow water blackout to see how I feel abt it and to my surprise, I'm actually extremely scared of being submerged in water so... That's probably a no-no.

To me it sounds so awful failing ctb. I really wish that it's easier to leave. It should be. I envy those who have succeeded with hanging. It makes it sound so much easier than it actually is when you hear of how many people have ctb that way.

god,, they really do suck. i've tried partial suspension of a little driving bridge, good distant from the main road so i wasnt under any external pressures; my experience was a bit different from yours.

that shit was the most cathartic feeling i have ever felt. i thought about a friend last second and backed out in a panic, fell to my knees in agony. its like a drug, and just like drugs, its easier to resist the urge to try an addictice drug if you have never tried it. once you try it, you know why people go back to it, and its harder to resist.
