Help Failed again

Hi so I keep trying to ctb but obviously I'm doing something wrong. I've read the guides and everything.
Does anyone know roughly how long it should take to pass out with ligature strangulation please?
Also, if anyone has tried partial suspension or ligature strangulation and have damaged their neck / back please reply to this thread? I don't know if it's linked or what but I keep getting shooting pains down my spine, cramp in my neck and sciatica in my lower back

Apparently you're supposed to pass out within 10-15 seconds, not sure what happened to your neck/back. I'm very sorry.
