Exploding an aerosol/deoderant etc. can in your mouth?

Theoretically shouldnt the force of the explosion jolt your brain stem put of place and thus killing you and if not then the metal fragments should sever the brain stem right? Can anyone tell me how painless and effective this method would be?

Yep, this is why i thought of aerosol cans since its the next best thing (unless I had some easy way to get nitroglycerin and some mercury fulminate kek)

Somebody threw an aerosol can into a bonfire when I was a kid and it exploded, came firing out and hit me on the leg. Wouldn't recommend.
