I think the answer is obvious, probably a stupid question . But I heard meto is more effective. Which would you pick? Would you combine the two?

Expired medications usually last a lot longer than stated. I would still use meto in your case.

Stupid question: does it harm to take more than 30 mg? Or is it okay to combine them, such as 30mg domperidone and 20 mg metoclopramide?

I wouldn't combine them, no. You can take 8mg of ondansetron (zofran) with meto. Better to use 5-ht3 antagonists with d2 antagonists. Also domperidone doesn't cross the blood brain barrier readily

I only own metoclopramide and domperidone and will do it tomorrow. Do you think, it's a problem, that meto has expired in february 2019?
Is it a problem to increase the dosage to 50 mg, no matter one of the two I pick?

I ask, because I take a dosage of 35 g as recommended for larger persons in the pph.
