Discussion experiences with full suspension hanging?

i just tried it as a test and i struggled pulling myself back up on the stand i was using (yes im dumb for that ik)

but it was a weird feeling, it hurted but not physical but i got tired quick but didnt pass out which i hurried and got back up so

i used a scarf and my door

i just want to know others experiences with it before i go for it fully

I set up my setup once, then I put the noose around my neck. I just wanted to test at which step of the ladder the noose would start to hurt. However, I didn't feel anything, so I went down a few more steps, and suddenly I almost passed out. You should never test a full hanging.
In any case, I noticed that I lose consciousness very quickly. Maybe it's because I have asthma.

yeah i learned that the hard way,

i dont have asthma but sick rn and struggling to breathe bc so so maybe thats why for me?
