• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Within the next 30 days I'll be Committing my first CBT and hopefully the last. I'm currently undergoing a form of TMS therapy and have poured my life savings into it and have gone through 7 treatments with 20 more to go. I've suffered a mental health issue since a baby and have spent the last five years going through medication, therapy and alternate healing without success. I won't go into detail about it cuz if the professionals who deal with these issues can't solve it, I don't expect it to be solved on here. I wrote the note a month ago and now I'm dedicating time on a proper plan in case things don't workout with the tms therapy which my hopes aren't high. Ive accepted that the symptoms of some psychological/neurological issues can't be solved under our current world-wide mental health system and we should be given the right to pull the plug if we have invested the time and money in to our so called "help" or "therapy's"with no avail. I'm done ranting here's a list of my potential options the first being the most accessible and ability to accomplish in my opinion.

Portable generator or outdoor propane heater (ran in a closet)

Hydrogen sulfide in tent or car

SN (currently have it but doesn't state the purity)

Worried about SI on the next 3 method:
Night-night method

Tourniquet method

Shallow water-blackout

I've been suicidal since I was eight, I'm sorry you still feel this way I understand how hard it is. I don't like goodbye threads, so I hope things turn around for you soon with the tms therapy.

To me therapy just sounds like a scam, the whole industry only exists to profit from people's suffering. But anyway it does sound like you've been through a lot and it must be really tiring what you have to endure, best wishes.
