• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Some people who are enjoying life may want to just keep going as long as they can. I understand this mindset. If you have a partner, family, or passion, I completely understand why you would want to keep going on. Some people just keep going even if their life sucks because it's what you are supposed to do.

i saw my grandma on her deathbed; she was miserable. even after 70 years of living, she was full of regret and sorrow. i can't help but think it would be better to check out far sooner rather than later.

honestly and truthfully, as i became older i realized how alike we all are in the end. everyone is just fighting for their lives and it truly feels like its against their own will. i keep wondering, whats the proper way to live? what are we really expected to do here? we wont ever know in our lifetimes and i start to think thats where the problem truly stems from. i cannot find a sense of purpose. therefore everything, this planet, the universe, is rendered meaningless to me. nothing matters. finally to answer your question haha, i very much agree with you.

I have this feeling everyday. The way things are going for the world, it might make sense to ctb sooner.

yes, it may become a blessing to leave soon rather than wait for the problems to become unbearable. or at least to have a reliable method in the stockpile.

I thought that "catching the bus" was a term that only applied to deaths by suicide but anyway, it's true that existence is completely meaningless and our lives are insignificant, so of course at the end of the day it makes no difference if we die now or in 50 years. All life leads to death anyway and all that we are doing is waiting to cease existing. I believe that the inevitability of death emphasises how pointless life really is, life really is just an useless struggle that leads to nothing and nowhere apart from us not existing so this gives me the conclusion that existing could never be worth it. There is no value and benefit to having to exist in this world where there is no limit as to how much we can potentially be tortured, it feels more rational to want to take control over when we die and escape this hell.

Because after all, nobody can be harmed by non existence. I just think that a lot of people in this world are delusional when it comes to the true meaningless nature of life, they attach so much value on to life and act all horrified at the thought of someone choosing to exit, calling it an "illness", but it's like they forget that we are all destined to die so to me it makes sense to wish to permanently solve all the problems that existing brings.
