i constantly see people who say that all trans people are pedophiles, or deserve to die, or should be shot in the back of the head, or that it's all made up. and it hurts because I'm trans.
i constantly hear people say all men are evil and rapists, and it hurts because I'm a man and i was constantly sexually harassed and was almost raped at one point by woman.
i don't want this i just want to die

Trans people are valid members of society and deserve respect as much as cis people. I know it's not easy being trans in 2025 with bullshit takes by politicians and a certain defamed book author. However, you are welcome on this forum as it is a safe space for members of the LGBTQ+ community.

As for the "all men are x" thing, I have to admit that I used to be guilty of thinking in this way too, until I grew up and realised that abuse is abuse, no matter the gender on the receiving end. I understand that it might be hard for you to speak up about your abuse because there is a stigma against men abused by women. I'm hoping that this site can provide some comfort and healing for you.

While that's true, it's also true that there have been landslide elections for left leaning parties overcoming extreme right wing parties. Dont let their overwhelming ideologies of hate convince you that the majority of people dont have a good heart. It's just the economic crises that have allowed them to enter through the gaps between strength and decency of the larger population

Im neither right nor left leaning, but to say that ppl on the left are caring and ppl on the right are not is ignorant as F. Ppl on the right have valid reasons why they support certain policies and not support others, and believe me they have taken empathy into account when making their decisions. We are all human and when we dehumanize an entire group of ppl just bc they dont align with our political identity it's wrong, and it's when violence and atrocities occur.
