Yep, I've had that happen with multiple songs before. I listen to music most of the time though, so I've always got headphones on anyways.

I've got many songs and tracks in my head but due to mental problems, sometimes nothing gets stuck and sometimes can't be functional to even understand or appreciate music or anything else (don't know how to describe it)

Got really incredibly high the other day and Gyöngyhajú lány by Omega got stuck in my head. That song brings up some really bad memories but high me decided to listen to it, turn into a little bitch, and bawl my eyes out.

Yes and it's become a real problem, since sometimes I spend the whole day with the song stuck in my head even when I haven't heard the song in a while and listening to it doesn't help (I used to think it was a subconscious way of letting myself know that I wanted to listen to it). At the very least it distracts me from my self-loathing and otherwise negative thoughts.

There used to be a really annoying advert with a song called crazy frog. Ugh that used to repeat to the point of utter frustration.
