Escape from Hospital

Hey all,

I urgently need to ctb for many reasons physical and mental.

To do that I first need to get out of hospital. And the way I could do that is to escape.

At the moment I'm trying to escape by picking the lock of the garden door, which opens to freedom. I've been trying to pick the lock for a few days now with no success. Does anyone have any other ideas on how to escape? Meanwhile I'll keep trying to pick the lock.

Thank you for your reply. Issue is I only have access to paper clips. I've watched a few videos about lock picking with paper clips but it's not working.

It seems as if you need something to bend the paperclips in a right angle. Do you have any substitutes aside from pliers at least?

I used this video, using paperclips is alright, issue is the take is too bendy.

3:43 is more of the part you should watch then. You need one supporting the bottom while picking away at the top part.

I used to escape all the time, just memorise the door code when staff were using it, and walk out whenever I wanted

Ah, sadly over here everything is either a key lock or card reader.

What type of lock is it? Maybe the type of lock needs an adjustment of tatics.

How long you in for? Surely you can wait for a day they either let you out, or they let you go to a shop or something, surely you are allowed out for fresh air?

Why to go out of the hospital? Hospital normally are high buildings that have 7 stores for sure and high sealing. The hospital in my town has 8 high sealing stores. I believe it is 30 meters. Just sneak to the roof throught the fire escape ladder and free fall

I was in a shitty facility after trying to get help and get "saved," and while we were all out in the yard, a patient parkoured his way up between the picnic table structure and the wall, and he went right over! It was awesome.

Just your standard key lock.

I've been in for over 14 months. And it looks like at least 4 or so months before I'm out.

This hospital is a bungalow.

I guess it is because you do not have the Bobby pin then. You need it for the bottom part yet maybe could use another paperclip in it's place?

Sorry I don't understand. In the video I posted he uses 2 paper clips.

Even if you picked the lock, they would come after you. And you have one leg, and other debilitations, so you can't really run away? Are you in a wheelchair? You would be brought back and then most likely secured in some way. That will suck worse.

You've been there 14 months so do you think at this point they have sectioned you for long term permanent care?

Maybe act like you feel better to shorten the stay fast yet do not reveal it though. In the PPH it mentions not having a diary, having private email, no conversations over phone etc.
