Ending my life today... SN (no antiemetic)

Hello, I have been reading a lot on this site and want to thank you all for being a helpful resource. This is probably my first and only post.
Planning on taking SN later today with no antiemetic. I was only able to get Zofran from my doctor :(
Anyways I've fasted for over 8 hours and plan on just having some ibuprofen with a little bit of water about one hour before. I'm still undecided on leaving a note.
