Help Emergency Escape Breathing Device (EEBD)

Did anyone purchase the EEBD from [removed due to sourcing]? I'd like to know if it works or not. Is it better than the plastic bag setup? Should the flow rate be set to 15 lpm? Or 12 lpm is enough since there is no need to push out CO2 anymore. I will be using EEBD with nitrogen. Any comments are welcome.

Up. Interested in this as well. Also, follow up question: how long it takes before unconsciousness sets in? Is it sooner or later than compared to other gear? How can one buy some time (e.g. a full minute) before lights out?
