Elvis Presley died of overdose on prescription meds. So then, it is possible? They tried to cover it up and say he died of a heart attack, but the truth was drug overdose.

Presley died of cardiac arrest which was caused by a long term drug abuse, not by the drugs directly.
so yes, it is possible to die in such way if you fancy years of consuming a significant amount of different drugs and your heart suddenly stopping.
personally, I would not recommend

Also
He was pretty obese. So
think that was atleast a contributing factor no- hence the whole
on the loo thing- his body was f**kd...plus I think prescription drugs were a lot stronger / more dangerous back then too

I believe there were 47 different medications in his system when he died. It would be difficult to reproduce his life or death.

It wasn't heart attack OR overdose, he's still alive.

I saw him in my local pub playing darts with Adolf hitler

I read where Elvis was very much against illegal drugs. In his mind, what he was doing(abusing prescription drugs), was o.k. because they were prescribed by a doctor. He did abuse them for many years and he was over weight. But, I guess I just kind of got my hopes up that it could be done(ctb), by using prescription only drugs. I know his death was an accident too.

Probably if you had access to large quantities of 1977-quality drugs then yes. Otherwise, short of a time machine, no.

He actually died of taking a shit. He suffered a "Valsalva maneuver," meaning the strain of taking a dump literally gave him a lethal heart attack. But drugs played a big part. He was hugely obese, his heart was enlarged from years of amphetamines, and he was massively constipated from years of opioids. The worst part was that the cleaning lady found him on the bathroom floor the next day, still in a sitting position. He died mid-shit, went into rigor, and then slid off the toilet stiff. That's either the best death of all time or the worst.

I am addicted to prescribed narcotics/opiates like Elvis was and its no joke. My insides are ruined, 90% my stomach shut down, incredible pain, only eat two food stuffs, soon not be able to have anything. What I do intake stays in me ages and its hell trying to get it out the other end as bowels so compacted. I often pass out. I often feel I could end up passing away like Elvis did in that way and like it wasn't his fault, it wont be mine.
