I tried to look for threads about this and they say that this method is not recommended. I think that someone said that you can end up with damage if it goes wrong. I would personally choose a different method, but I hope that you find relief from your suffering in whatever you decide.

The human body supports between 220 to 250 volts. You could consider about 350 to 400 volts for the method to be successful. If you can connect the shower with electric currents (about 4) it is better. The loss of consciousness is immediate and you die seconds later without pain. This method can be a bit cumbersome and it would be good to learn a bit about electrical currents before attempting it. I wish you a lot of peace, friend
Just wondering what height did you jump from? From what I have read 10 stories in the minimum, though it should be twice as high if you're going into water.
