Well, this is a "shocking" question!

I think it depends on how much electric current is going through an item. Some items would just trip the breaker, and some items won't.

I'm not an expert on electricity, so don't follow what I said as expert advice.

I've never thought of this as an option though. 🤔🤔

Depends on what type of water and wattage. Your skin has very high resistance.
