Effective Over The Counter ways to CTB?

Basically the title. More looking for OTC drugs rather than razor blades. Ideally don't want to have to swallow a ton for it to work, but if I have to I have to.

I wish suicide is that straightforward, to me it'd be such a relief if there's the option to overdose on very easily accessible drugs but sadly we exist in such an anti-suicide society where suicide is cruelly made so inaccessible. I bet there wouldn't be much need for this site if people could ctb so easily.
