i have strict parents who dont allow me to go outside without them thus making me hard to get items to cbt… what are easy and painless ways to cbt? if id like to die i want it to be as painless as it can be, does drowning works? i heard thats painless.. and is falling off a building also painless? i live in a condominium so i think i can do that.. ive been struggling for so many years but im still scared to do it. im tired of overdosing on pills! i hate feeling like shit because of the side effects…

If there was a good answer to very easily accessible, easy to go through with and painless ways to ctb I would be long gone at this point. I don't really think that drowning and jumping are easy methods because after all, one has to overcome the instinct to survive in order to ctb and I don't really think that jumping is the best method for a successful ctb unless the place to jump from is very high. Drowning sounds horrible and so incredibly difficult to go through with to me, and overdosing on pills isn't really recommended if one wants to die. But after all, only you can decide what method but there are no easy answers.

Tough thing is, regardless of how you go, it either won't be very easy or won't be completely painless either, CTB is hard regardless, drowning is technically painless but the sensation of water filling your lungs is extremely uncomfortable so I'd take any previous experiences you have with drowning into account and see if you can handle that, falling off a building, high enough, is also painless but you'd probably panic like hell on the way down, every person who's tried to CTB by jumping and survived reports that they immediately regretted it after jumping, if you have any money at all and can shop online you could try SN, but since they're so strict they'll probably check the box before letting you get it, you could try shipping it to a trusted friend and they give you it at school. Keep in mind your feelings are not final, there's always a day after this one, best of luck

It's pretty extreme that your parents are still this strict even though you're an adult. I'm sorry that you have to deal with that. There's not really an easy accessible method I'd say but drowning and jumping wouldn't really work for you either if you can't go outside on your own right? As for the jumping it really depends on how high it is to guarantee a painless death. Drowning is really uncomfortable and hard to do as well

Why exactly your parents don't "let" you go outside, if you're an adult? I'm aware that some adults may find themselves in said situations, of course, but here I doubt it

OP's situation's pretty similar to mine, he needs to b covert abt everything including his own CTB if he wants peace.

my dad doesnt quite care but he just follows whatever my mom says…my mom is extremely protective of me and my sister (my sister is 21 and she has to ask my mom for permission too and also gets similar treatment, just not as extreme) probably just an asian thing
