Ladies and gentlemen, let's just talk about drowning a little bit. I wanted to share an article i stumbled upon last year when i was searching for different methods. We all know drowning itself is pretty painful way to end this miserable life, but this article taken from from some kind of scientific newspaper gives us a clear statement, that it is possbile to become unconscious painlessly (and die shortly afterwards) in case you begin to suck cold water into the lungs like hell. This should work only in cold water and of course you'll need a supreme bravery for that. Once i was considering that as a potential way to ctb. I won't tag this topic as "method", cause this is just a discussion. I am not sure about the reliability of information provided in this article (look at the date as well, it was written back in 1878). What do you guys thik about that ? Ever heard of anything like that ? Link to the article : https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Popu..._13/May_1878/The_Question_of_Pain_in_Drowning
