Hello guys. Here I am again. I haven't had thr chance to drink N yet. One of the reason is by family members are always around me
And I can't go anywhere due to my chronic pain( unable to move much) another reason is I got N without Anti-nausea and I'm afraid of the failure. What do I do? I can only drink it at night when I am alone in bed because my sister usually sleeps with me since j need help with everything.

Tough spot eh? Most people would highly suggest an AE like meto, or else your chances of puking could be high

Please take an antiemetic before. You don't wanna risk it. There is no pressure, do this only when you're 100% prepared and sure about your decision. I hope you find peace no matter what you choose to do.

I think even living with people should provide enough time. If you take an antiemetic and N right before bed, you potentially have 9 hours where people would just assume you're sleeping. There's a risk you would survive, but it is fairly low. Most people die within an hour or two. Would need to make sure you follow the fasting regime though to make sure proper absorption.

Most doctors are willing to prescribe meto pretty easily if you say you have headaches/nausea.

Wishing you peace in whatever you choose.

I'm in a similar boat. Bed ridden chronic pain & other crap. Live with eldelry parents not acquired N yet but next few weeks hopefully then I need to ctb. I'm planning to just ensure I take AEs & eat a bit toast beforehand then take it around 10pm (when they go go go bed).
The sooner I obtain the better actually as I can't cope any longer & they can't cope seeing me like this unable to recover.

I can't tolerate any AE's. Is it worth the risk with N if I can't tolerate them?

It would probably still work. But you would need to take a longer time as use of meto expedites absorption. I have tried the taste of N. It's bad, but you could keep it down with a chaser if needed. But would still recommend trying to find an antiemetic that works for you. There are other options or regimes that might work

I am also sensitive to AE's and found out through trials that Domperidone is the one AE I tolerate just fine.

contact with D, you'll find his email in PPH.
And for anyone looking for the book Google "peaceful pill handbook 2021 pdf" and go to the scribd link. The contact info for d is on one page after the N section. It's kind of a bitch to find, because no search, but it's there.

One of my new clients is a senior surgeon/medical doctor and has lectured in various prestigious medical universities around the world, he shares the same views as us on assisted dying and actually wants to CTB himself so I've told him all about my own plans. But he freaked me out the other day saying the risk of vomiting N is high but I don't really think(or at least I don't want to think) he knows what he's talking about in this instance because he hasn't worked as a doctor who performs euthanasia
He plans to use KCL along with valium(coincidentally the two medications I'm actually prescribed) but I told him that is not a peaceful method but he thinks with a high dose of valium it will be peaceful but idk
I'm still going to be using N

I think it varies from person to person but an anti-sickness tablet is a must.

N is meant to be injected...
No one here injects it. They drink it. You'll pass out before you are even able to inject it all, resulting in failure. Unless you're experienced in setting up an IV and bag for yourself

Maybe we can do it together
