• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Hi! Have any of you thinking about using two nooses/ropes for a FSH try, to have a back-up if the the first of them slip or coming undone? It would be really devastating of the first rope will fail. Even thou you can try the noose before it's not completely sure it will last thru the attemp. I just wondering if I'm the only one thinking of this?
[In advance, sorry English isn't my mother tongue]

That will complicate the setup. Complexity only increases the chances for failure.
Make sure you setup everything correctly and you should succeed.
Research, test and practice.

I understand. But I'm really worried about that technical issues with noose/anchor end can occur.
I also find this method kind of hard to practice because it probably will leave some marks on my throat.

Not probably, it will leave marks 100%. Plenty die this way so you have nothing to worry about if your set up is accurate

May I ask you what is the best way to test?

Ok. I tried partial a couple of weeks ago and it gave me marks who lasted for about a week. Then I tried it about a week after again, but then with a cloth och and plastic bag under the rope and it didn't give me any marks at all. Even thou I practiced both partial attempts and a full suspension for about 5-10 seconds. But it would probably left marks if i would stay longer in the noose.

Literally practice hanging. You do not need to fully step off to know it is working. That will reduce or eliminate marks on your neck.

How did you practise full suspension for 10 seconds?

I had a chair under my feet and during the attempt I just put my feet on the sides of the chair - then just putting my feet up after 5-10 seconds.

That is a common way to do it. The videos I have seen do not have people functioning at even 5 seconds.
A good start but use one rope with a tightening ligature. Keep it as simple as possible.
