I was searching for dopamine blockers and Google came back with dopamine antagonists. Is that the same thing? Bc I already take ziprasidone and that was at the top of the list. Thanks

Yes, they're the same.

"A dopamine antagonist, also known as an anti-dopaminergic and a dopamine receptor antagonist (DRA), is a type of drug which blocks dopamine receptors."

Then is that website correct that ziprasidone works? Bc I get a months supply of the maximum dose here in the states. I take 2-80mg tablets a day. I'm sorry to be obtuse, but bc I already take it would I need more?

I'm sorry if I sound giddy. I was really having a hard time coming up with a way to get a blocker from a Dr. here.

I only saw ziprasidone once, but it was at the top of the list.

I haven't seen it mentioned so far on this site, but I'm new.

Thanks for all the help!
