Domperidone stat dose

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to take daomperidone also as statdose (instead of the 48h regime) like meto (stat dose of 30mg one hour before)? Thanks for the help

I'm also interested in the answer to this question. I have my Domperidone and I'm ready to do a trial run. Very nervous though that will have a bad reaction like I did with meto.

Domperidon does not give the side effects like meto. Thats why it the best option after meto

yes. thats why i want to use it. but do you know if the stat dose is also possible with domperidone like with meto?

Yes stat dose is possible after reading previous threads about it. But I'm a bit unsure about the amount that is needed. I think it's 60mg just like meto as that amount is mentioned in lots of threads, but would like it to be confirmed before do trial. As the link above seems to suggest 40mg, so which is right?

Also, should I take the same amount for a trial I want to do?
