does Stan's guide still work?

I'm planning on following Stan's guide but I see that it is pretty old. does it still work? if so, has anything about it changed?

That doesn't mean stans guide doesn't work. I mean it's not like an app update that sometimes renders older versions of the app inoperable lol. Nothing has changed so Stans guide will work the same way it always has. The addition of the high dose of benzos appears to be an attempt to mimic the experience of those using N. That is to be out cold and unaware of the final processes that occur in the end stages. Not sure why they picked those specific benzos. I'd have assumed most commonly used benzos would be sufficient though perhaps the long half life of diazepam and active metabolites (one being oxazepam) are factors in their recommendations.
