does SN need fasting to work? If I have SN + anti-emetic will it work on its own?

From my understanding, you fast so it absorbs quicker and also limits the chance of throwing it up (a lot of people still throw up regardless). Both of these will make the experience more pleasant. You could still CTB without following these "rules" just due the fact you are ingesting far more than the ld50 of SN. It most likely will not be as pleasant though.

my hope is that fasting (no final vegan sushi meal 4 me!)
is that the drugs take effect and I lose conciousness faster.
besides, I'm taking fuckloads of H (and SN) and a shooter or ten

There have been a lot of talk here these last years about SN and there's some stuff that seems to be a general rule to make it work fast and with little discomfort and mess



1: Search for a tranquil place were you know no one will find you (or hear you) for at least 12 hours after you use it

2: Fasting at least 8 hours before taking sn

3: Use SN of at least 99% purity

4: Use the correct dosage (25 gr in a 50 ml glass aprox), have at hand at least 2 glasses in case you vomit

5: Drink the sn and lay in a comfortable chair or bed

6: be sure to be convinced that you really want to ctb



There's people who will talk about taking anticids or other drugs, but I dont think that its neccesary, In fact I think that could make your stomach worse and prompt vomiting

From reading the lethal/non-lethal sn attempts thread, it's safe to say that every single ''failed'' attempt was bc they panicked and called an ambulance or bc people came in and saw them unconscious and called an ambulance. With ''successful'' attempts, even some people who threw up died.
So i assume that even if you were to vomit and not take a second dose of sn enough substance was absorbed to kill you within the next hours. It may be less comfortable but as long as you don't receive any medical attention there's no reason for it not to work (unless what you got isn't sn).
The most important is to make sure your sn is legit and that you are completely alone for several hours when you take it. I think details don't matter much but you may be more comfortable if you don't eat too much before (but maybe prepare a little something to wash away the taste) and with some painkillers and sleeping pills/benzos. Antiemetics aren't guaranteed to prevent you from throwing up, stuff for tachycardia are a luxury item imo, and anti-acid is supposed to help more sn to get absorbed but with such a big overdose i don't know if it really matters much.
