Does sn expire?

If in the slight chance I change my mind to ctb asap will my sn become bad as long as I keep it in the bag it came shipped in?

I am still unsure about the sn I have from ebay (aardvark..). It looks like sn is supposed to and it says sodium nitrite 99,5% on the bag. But there is also no doubt from the packaging that it does not come from a big company or anything like that...
Problem is, I couldn't find any other supplier shipping to Germany
