If you can somehow get a script for Zofran or Reglan (metoclopramide), take a generous dose beforehand, preferably with ginger ale or some kind of ginger based beverage. Let it settle for 30 mins, and when you're ready to hang, take a good, deep breath.
Exhale. Close your eyes if you like.
Hang.
It's a short, uncomfortable/painful struggle in the scheme of things. My second attempt was hanging and would've been successful had I not been busted in on by police, notified by my now ex husband. He had a feeling I was going to do something to myself, and he was correct.
Reflecting on it now, I think he loved me more than I ever loved myself at that time. I feel a lot of sadness for what we went through in our marriage, what he witnessed, how much I hated myself and how hard I was on myself. We divorced for a few reasons but mainly I think he just couldn't take it anymore, there was nothing he could do to stop me from me.
Anyhow, back to acquiring a script for an antiemetic: tell your doctor you suffer from migraines that make you very nauseous to the point you can't eat and are dry heaving.
I'm prescribed Metoclopramide because I've had numerous TBI's, and legit am nauseous on the daily. 10mg 3x a day.
