Discussion Does anyone else genuinely think someone is god sometimes?

Maybe it's just extreme idolization, but I have these odd episodes where i genuinely think my boyfriend is god and he painstakingly has to convince me he's not. They're a little rare (being overly praised/love bombed by him when I'm upset triggers it), but they're a few hours long. I can't tell if I'm just delusional or what. They make me feel like I'm stuck inside of my own head and no one else understands. Anyone else???

extreme idolization it is. I feel the same way about someone. He is not God, but he is MY God. My deity. I'm not religious, so this is not blasphemy for me. Just how I feel. Love does this to us to some of us...

Sometimes when i like a public figure so much and see them looking strong and and powerful .i feel like i want to worship them for eternity
