I'm sure they've noticed an increase in SN sales recently. Do you think they are aware that people are using it to CTB, or do you think they believe it's nothing but a coincidence?

SN is usually used for curing meats - making salami (I think), or something.
I mean, hey, there are hipster beer makers, maybe hipster salami makers will become the next big thing?
I don't think there's enough doing it for them to notice. They might just think some scientists are buying a bunch for research, or that more are using it to prepare meat or something.
What spike? :) It's an industrial chemical. But it's still quite novel as a method of offing. We need to collect all confirmed cases, summarize them (dosage, timing, failures). The humanity, especially the ill people, will be thankful.
