Method Do you take medicines for vomiting with medicines for diarrhea for CTB?

Most overdoses result in diarrhoea and/or vomiting!

Does it make sense to take an antidiarrhoeal agent in addition to an antimetic before the suicide?
If so, both drugs at the same time 24 hours in advance?
Or the anti-diarrhoea drug only 12 hours in advance?
