I've always felt like I was born in the wrong generation, does anyone have similar feelings?
This. I'm just not meant to work with other people outside my "tribe" and maybe not even them. I'm certainly an acquired taste. For most people, I imagine I'm like a shot of vodka espresso when they were expecting water.Personally no, every generation is the wrong generation for me.
This, the human body as it is now is way too fragile. You know, I used to hate those "le wrong generation" people who talk on and on about how kids their age are too addicted to technology or how modern music is bad or whatnot. Nowadays, I still find them annoying, but I can sympathize with them. Sometimes I wish I was born not earlier, but later, in an age where medical technology was better and cures existed for all disabilities, both mental and physical, that way I wouldn't have to suffer and be held down.
What's wrong with that? Why did you hate. I wish I had been born in a time without psychiatric medications or social security numbers. Just hop a train, sleep under a bridge and show you can work hard for a job. Just to be able to pick up and move and go anywhere. Would be nice. 1920s era. Not everyone likes being confined or staying in one place and having to worry about job and rental applications. As long as you understand the sexism, racism, and lack of medical technology in the past, why not prefer a different time period. You know, I used to hate those "le wrong generation" people who talk on and on about how kids their age are too addicted to technology or how modern music is bad or whatnot. Because if you're disabled in the 1920s, chances are you're fucked. What's wrong with that? Why did you hate. Do you like Depeche Mode?I was born in the wrong generation, the wrong time, the wrong body, to the wrong parents, in the wrong place. Everything just plain wrong. They call me Mr. Wrong
Man, I fucking love Depeche Mode. Was really addicted to the band back in 2017.I had thoughts like that, but being born into ANY generation is being born into wrong generation, unless if you're born into privilege/ good circumstances in general but often not even then...
Being born sucks.
Do you like Depeche Mode?
'Wrong' really fits with this thread's sentiment
