Do i really need tagamet and other pills for sn?

All I have is SN and the metoclopramide. I don't have anything else amd won't be able to get it most likely. Is it all I need? Are the others nessecary for a peaceful death? Will it be peaceful just with the meto?

UPDATE: I got the Tagamet. I don't have benzos since I have no way to obtain. I'm worried about the headache pain and if I'll get seizures. Hopefully I won't and it will be quick and peaceful.

If anything baking soda before hand and avoid things that give you heartburn.
The purpose is to make the SN more absorbing without too much of it being counteracted by your stomach acid

Me too. I guess it's a shitty thing to do but a person I live with has some diazepam so I'm thinking of sneaking a few of those to pass out before I can feel too much. How much of those do you think I'd need?

I wish I had access to some benzos or even opioids like that. I only have trazodone... its sedating but isnt a painkiller. Ans I've had drug resistant insomnia so I'm really just worried about my tolerances when it comes to anything perception altering..

Otc sleep aids like (diphenhydramine [benadryl, nyquil]) are less likely to help... because of something to do with the diphenhydramine. I cant remember exactly why. I think it has an affect on "gastric emptying" which therefore will make absorbing the SN fast enough more difficult as to not prolong any suffering

Yeah. I got my Tagamet. I'll just go with that and the meto. I don't have benzos but hopefully the death won't be too unbearable. I'll follow all the steps carefully, I'm just worried about the headaches and if I'll have seizures or not. I have a very low pain tolerance.

I have tattoos and piercing and stuff so I'm probably a little more ready for pain.
Seizures are usually something you're not terribly aware of I thought.
I just hope its quick

Me too. I'll be doing it late at night in my bed when all my housemates go to bed. I'm hoping they won't wake up and catch me. I'm also hoping it won't be too noisy. I want to go unconscious quickly

I don't think there's anything conclusive about which one is best, unfortunately. I've read about people taking the 10mg or 20mg of Meto on here and other people haven't done the regimen at all, they're just done the final dosage and theres been no reply back from them either. I doubt 10 or 20mg makes much difference (I'm no expert though). I'm sorry if that wasn't any help at all.
