Do I have enough nitrogen?

I have a 20cf bottle of nitrogen at 1800psi. Is that enough to ctb? I see some quoted figures in other threads but I don't know how to convert the units between them.

(I think the bottle started at 2200 psi but I think I let too much out during testing because I didn't know how to control my setup )

ive researched a bit in the past i recommend 2500-3000psi with a flow rate of 15-20psi/per breath

I think I'll get a new tank then. Use this one for testing/practice.
