I ordered from DMC from an EU country and the package is stuck in customs. I called the national post carrier and they told me I need to register myself with the Customs site, provide all my data, residency card, etc, provide what the package contains, how much I paid for it, where I got it from.
I ordered from outside of EU before (e.g. from US) but I just paid customs at the local post office. I have never been asked to register with Customs and provide all this data.
I don't know what to do. I paid for express shipping and yet they still sent it with local post carrier and local carrier is the most likely to get stopped at customs here.
But the first time I am asked to register.
I paid 80 dollars, should I just let it go?

And they want me to upload the invoice. I don't have an invoice
