Name a movie you watched that might be considered disturbing.

I go with Melancholie der Engel (Angels' Melancholy). I'd unwatch it if I could.

The original 1970s I Spit on Your Grave. The 25 minute long graphically accurate rape scene was horrific. The remakes don't compare.... 25 minutes. 91QFiBHigyL SL1500

The girl next door is a film I found pretty disturbing. It's based on the real life abuse, torture and eventual murder of Sylvia Likens

Hereditary and Midsommar kinda f*cked with my head. The attic scene in the first, and the opening scene, jumping scene, and breathing/sex scene in the second.

ABCs of Death was pretty gross at times. Especially the one where the girl carves her flesh off.

The Human Centipede was quite disturbing. They made a second & third which I haven't watched & there was a lot of controversy around some of the scenes. Its basically a film about a mad scientist who kidnaps people and joins them together mouth to anus.. 20201221 180221

Very good, very hard. Not a typical horror, way more brutal. Not for everyone.

Agree. The twisted plot makes it quite unique though; the ending it's quite interesting!

try Nekromantik , der todesking, midori shoujo tsubaki ,niku daruma or faces of death.
these are my favorites in the gore / disturbing.
point to nekromantik and niku daruma is pure rape / necrophilia.
der todesking and midori shoujo tsubaki is a bit depressin.
faces of death is total mishtropic.
you can try Lucio Fulci filmography, the troma movies and anothers splatter japoneses films.but the most is ironic/sarcastic themes.
would also quote cannibal holocaust, ilsa she wolf of the ss, Men Behind the Sun, thriller - a cruel picture (thats my fav) and visitor q

I've watched Cannibal Holocaust on a friend's house as a kid. We rented the cd cause the cover art "looked cool". Biggest mistake of my life.

I must be totally fucked, I've been watching horrors since I was around 7 yrs of age, I have yet to find anything that makes me feel uncomfortable, unless it has monkeys in it.... monkeys can go away.
I may have a browse of a couple of the titles about though, more out of interest, some I have seen and yea, not even a wince from me
