I want someone to talk to without feeling like I'm draining them. Does anyone know if they help at all? If it's any better than just ranting on here? Id like to get a therapist again eventually but I'm not sure if I have the energy to have to go outside and not only see them in person but have to put them through my mental vetting process (I've had a number of therapists who should have their licence removed). So until then I'd like something to hold me over a bit. Any reccomendations?
