I understand finding it unbearable to exist, I hope that you find the freedom from suffering you search for.
Psychologically they can be very affected. I feel so bad when people are so desperate but I also feel awful for the people who have to witness it and collect up the body parts.

Must be traumatic for parents but then, any method likely is. Especially if they find the body I imagine.

I think the train one is one of the worst , i couldnt imagine how hard and impossible for the parents to handle , used to by a method i was interested in
