I'm having some depressive thoughts, or rather feeling, without any particular reason after a 2 months break. It's a feeling of slight anhedonia and pointlessness. Silly me I guess, I let myself believe that it could just go away. Now I think that I'll probably never be free from mental illnesses.
Sounds so unfair that after a particular amount of time, it just seemingly came back, must be so frustrating and I can absolutely relate as one moment I'm having fun with my girlfriend and laughing my ass off, then the next moment I'm absolutely tired and want to CTB, weird.
