Delayed text post-suicide so authorities can find your body or other suggestions

Hello, I do not want my family finding me, as I live alone. What i need to do is arrange a delayed text/gmail to authorities to find me. Anyone have any ideas?

There's a delayed email service in the resources page but it will arrive after 30 days. I've used Time Cave for emails & you can customize it to arrive within days or hours (or minutes I think). For texts I found Do It Later. It has a bunch of different options but I haven't tried it yet. Good luck.
